Our managing director, Junya Ishida, has been working in the field of human resource in Japan since 2017. His interest had deepens over the years of work and experience in the field, and especially in supporting foreign workers who come to work in Japan. He also had the experience of living and working abroad in Malaysia and Myanmar and now with his years of experience and receiving commendable reputations in the field, he is leading the Asian HR CO.,LTD.
We are now focusing our business in Indonesia especially for Special Skilled Worker Visa (SSW). Apart from acting as a service platform for Indonesians to come to work in Japan, we understand that problems can occur due to lack of understanding of culture and religion for foreign workers while working in Japan so we address this problem as one of our mission by providing appropriate support for workers during their working period in Japan. Through this company, we thrive to provide reliable and excellent service of human resource in Japan.
